Delivery
Order processing time 1-3 days. For footwear products and custom orders, the processing time is 3-7 days.
All orders shipped with FedEx/UPS Express. Always free shipping for orders over US $100. All orders are shipped with tracking number.
Returns
No support for no reason return, don’t like as a reason to return. Quality problems can be resent for free.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
If the product is detained by customs, we compensate 50% of the order amount and refund for store credit
Exchanges
Quality problems can be replaced or resent for free.
